Shrink Fun

Afternoon All
After fighting with the security on my computer, and clearing the old shed out ready to knock it down, I am finally ready to post my newest DT card for Here Come The Boys. This time round the challenge is to include 'Buttons' on your male orientated creation.
This is a card I made in one of my classes using the Stampin' Up Circle Circus set. I have used some of the stamps to create the background, and then have stamped on to Shrink Plastic, cut them out with various punches, added eyelet holes, so once shrunk, they formed matching buttons to my background. Finally I have hand stitched the buttons in place.

I would like to enter my creation in the following challenges;
Addicted to CAS - birhday
Catch The Bug - bingo (button, die cut, sewing)
Delightful Challenges - bingo (buttons, tag, stitching)
and
Creative Moments - circles
Thanks so much for looking,
Hugs Sharon xx

At The Beach and Birthday Candy

Morning All.
Well it's that special time of year over at Here Come The Boys, not only have we got a fabulous new challenge for you to enter, we also have Birthday Candy - I can't believe we have been going two years!!!
To celebrate the candy will be on offer until midnight on 31st May GMT, and to be in with a chance to win you need to be a follower and pop our badge on your blog. Check out the main blog for more details of the prize, and to enter.

The challenge this time round is one of my favourite things to do - it's 'Paper Piecing'. I have used a Stampin' Up stamp, and pieced the little boys shirt and shorts, plus the starfish. The remainder of the image is coloured with ProMarkers.

I would like to enter my creation in the following challenges;
Drunken Stampers - Braveheart - tartan, plaid, gingham
Paper Creator's Crafts - for the boys
Sweet Stampin - create a scene
Crafters Companion - masculine
Little Miss Muffet - pieced off, paper piecing
Moving Along With The Times - one for the guys
Cupcake Craft - all at sea
and
Cuttin and Stampin Challenge - childrens birthday
Thanks so much for popping by, and I hope to see you again really soon
