Exciting News

 Hello Everyone.
Today is a very exciting day for me as I have been chosen to join Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge blog as a design team member, and it is time to post my first card.

The theme this week is 'Use A Spooled Item', whether that be ribbon, thread, bakers twine or anything else that comes on a spool.

One of the sponsors this week is Dr Digi, and I was lucky enough to be given 'Blunder Woman' to use for the challenge. I hope you like what I came up with. She has been coloured with Promarkers and I have kept the layout quite simple.
I would like to enter my creation in the following challenges;

Party Time Tuesdays - anything goes
Crafty Boots Challenge - red, white and/or blue

Hello Again
This card was a step away from my comfort zone, as I seem to spend a lot of my time making male orientated cards, so to go pink was a really shock to my system,but was quite pleased with the result.

I simply adore this stamp, from Stampin' Up. It did take me a while to colour with ProMarkers but I was really happy with the outcome. As the design was so intricate, I thought I'd keep the layout really clean and simple, but couldn't resist just a little bit of bling.

Bendi Card

Afternoon All
I hope everybody had a good Easter. I am lucky enough to have a few days holiday, so I thought I'd try something new - a Bendi Card.
This was really fun to make, and once I got my head round how to decorate it, I was away. The stamp is a Magnolia one, which has been partially coloured with Promarkers and the dress, headband and balloon are paper pieced, as are the balloons in the background. The card is actually yellow and pink, an unusual colour combo for me, but the pink is not showing up great in the photos. I think I'll have to get my ladies in my class to give this a go.
I would like to enter it in the following challenges;
Bunny Zoe's Crafts - spring colours
Love To Scrap - dots or stripes
The Pink Elephant - pastel colours
A Gem Of A Challenge - anything but square
Sweet Stampin' - paper piecing
Sami Stamps - paper piecing
and
Fab n Funky - lots of layers
Thanks for stopping by
